Private wine tour and tasting in Sicily for half day with or not lunch in cellar. Visit a winery and vineyards and Nero D'Avola, Cerasuolo di Vittoria (COS Company). In 1980, the passion for the vineyards, carried them to found a farm called COS (the initials of their surnames). They rented the parents's lands and began to play. Harvesting, pressing grapes (by foot), making wine, they produced 20 hectoliters of wine, which although was an amateur product, it was of great quality. In COS winery you'll see a room different from all the wineries that you have visited in the world. There are no silos in cement and glass, there are wooden barrels, but you see terra-cotta jars buried under the ground. This is a very old process for aging of wine. In this room you produce a very special wine, his name is Pithos Rosso IGT .
