You will meet our driver at 09:00 at the reception of your hotel or at the entrance of your residence. The driver will present you the day’s program. Departure in the direction of the Etna vulcano. The first stop is for a visit to the winery, Tenuta di Fessina https://tenutadifessina.com Here we will take a guided tour of the winery and a typical local cooking course.

The Cooking Class experience includes a private lesson with our Chef in the estate. During the journey some recipes of Etna and Sicily tradition will be cooked together, the guest will be an active part in the preparations and cooking, which will be based on products selected from our organic garden and by small local artisans. The recipes prepared with the support of our Chef will be subsequently served during a tasting lunch paired with our wines. As a gift we will give our guests the kitchen bib of the estate, the chef’s hat and the recipes cooked together.

All tastings are preceded by a visit to our vineyards, wine cellar, barrel cellar and the ancient millstone, a place of memory of Fessina.

At the end of this fantastic experience, if the clock allows it and if you wish, our driver will make you pay a visit to the Silvestri Crater of the Etna vulcano, at an altitude of 2000 meters. The return to the hotel is expected before 18:00.

This tour can be done with departure from the Sicilian provinces of Catania, Messina, Ragusa and Syracuse.

What is included in the tour price:

What is not included in the cost of the tour:
Guided tour of the winery with wine tasting itineraries with lunch and cooking class (cost per person 100.00 euros).
